Food Malfunction
Yesterday was Labor Day....a day of food, especially Barbecue! While I was out hanging with my girl Porsha, my dad gets some BBQ from Papas. My mom was eating the leftover tonight and she offered me some. Oh NO NO NO!
She was like why not? I tell her that I firmly believe that Papas marinades their meat in hair because I have had one too many "there is hair in my food" conversations with them.
Somehow, from that i end up going on a rant of what food s i will not eat them and why. After realizing just how crazy my list is, I decided to blog about it and share.
Tell me if my list is outrageous!
Milk....... was told that a cow sometimes bleeds when milked, so now, in every glass of milk, I swear there are droplets of blood mixed in.
Boudain.... sound like "booty"
Coconut.... I can suck it dry but not chew or swallow
Bacon..... same as coconut
Popcorn.... same as coconut...not very sexy when on a date
Pork chop...... I saw a documentary on how they slaughter piggies! NOT COOL
Ox Tails.... that the same as cow tongue and brain to me....
Chitlins....we are not on the plantation anymore so I'm not eating nothing that stored poop
The center of Cucumber and Tomato...... reminds me of boogers
Refried beans....... looks like someones "back end problem"
The list can go ON and On and On, but I think I am reasonable with my thoughts

The Beginning of something new!
This week, after another failed dating experience, I called up my homeboy to rant and rave a bit. After hearing him laugh at my misery, he tells me that I should start a podcast and talk about my stories. He continues to tell me that I have the craziest tales of life experiences and that he would tune in everyday just to hear about them. He says this often to me. I just thought he was a podcast freak. But, then, as I tell my BFF and her mother-in-law the same story later that night, I was again told that my tales of life experiences were worth sharing!
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....Now this morning, thing of all the thing I could be doing to channel creative energies, I remember how many people in my life advised me to write a book, tell a magazine about, put it in the newspaper, Facebook it, tweet it.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm..... You know what I came up with????? Let’s start with a blog! If what I have to say is that interesting, then let’s test this theory with a blog.
So here I am, trying something new!
Beginning a new journey in life!
